A powered campus released in 250 MW tranches, each against confirmed tenant demand and never ahead of contracted load.
AI Data Center is one of five revenue centres within Nacala Next. Each is structured, financed and approved separately, and each is taken forward with its own operating partner. They share one gas supply, one coastal delivery chain and common port and power infrastructure.
Capacity is released in tranches, each matched to a corresponding tranche of generation at Central Térmica do Norte. The tranches contemplated within the proposed gas allocation are finite; demand beyond them would be the subject of a separate request to Government rather than presented as already covered.
Concept stage. Rights, gas allocation, land, terminal access, offtake, partners, approvals and financing all remain to be secured. No construction has begun and no final investment decision has been taken.
